Global Opportunities Expo Agenda
The 2020 Global Opportunities Expo will include: an International Student Association-organized festival of international and indigenous nations represented by students at our institutions (30+); an info-fair of language and area studies units/offices at KU; a continental breakfast & welcome reception; lunch catered by KU; and an info-session about financial assistance made possible by the U.S. Department of Education. The expo will also feature students and faculty from regional schools as part of: two keynote presentations; a student panel about global experiences; bite-sized research presentations; spoken word (poetry, personal essay, etc.); and dance performances by students/student groups.

Exploration of Nations |

The KU International Student Association presents: "The Exploration of Nations" Travel around the world and learn about international and indigenous cultures in Kansas! Students from the University of Kansas, Donnelly College and Haskell Indian Nations University will represent as many as 30 international and indigenous nations with fun, interactive activities. Staff and students from international programs will be available to speak to you about academic studies, university resources, student organizations, and much, much more. Lunch will be provided for all attendees, including foods and drinks from every major global region. Vegan and vegetarian options will be available. |
